From Richmond/San Rafael Bridge:

Take Highway 580 West to the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. Cross over the bridge. Take the 101 South/Sir Francis Drake Blvd. exit. Turn right onto Andersen Drive. Follow Andersen Drive for approximately 1 mile. Turn right on Simms Street. (Smart & Final is on the corner). Follow Simms Street to the end - make a right turn into the last driveway.

From San Francisco:

Take Highway 101 North. Take the San Rafael/Richmond Bridge exit. Stay right and at the stop light turn right onto Bellam Blvd. Turn left at the next light onto Andersen Drive. Take an immediate left onto Simms Street (before Wendy’s fast food restaurant). Follow Simms Street to the end - make a right turn into the last driveway.

From Santa Rosa:

Take Highway 101 South to San Rafael. Take the Anderson Drive Exit. Make a left at the 2nd stop light – Anderson Drive. Turn left at Simms Street. Follow Simms Street to the end. Make a right turn into last driveway.
